Kira Petersen (she/her) is a New York based performer and a recent graduate of UC Irvine where she received a B.A. in Drama with Honors in Acting.

She is currently in classes at Esper Studio and is expected to be finished summer 2027. 

​

Kira has worked professionally in film and tv since she was fourteen years old, finally joining SAG-AFTRA in 2018. She is a proud union member, splitting her time on set and on stage. 

​

A tumbler turned dancer, Kira enjoys moving and grooving and sometimes a little singing. She loves her home state of California, claiming hometowns in both northern and southern regions.

 

She is able to work as a local hire in New York as well as Los Angeles.
